About Marjanen Builders
Some families pass down heirlooms—we pass down blueprints, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for building and remodeling homes that last. Marjanen Builders began in 1983 with our grandfather and father, who believed that a well-built home wasn’t just about materials—it was about the people who live in it. Now, as the third generation to carry the torch, we’re not just continuing their legacy; we’re shaping it for the way families live today. With a focus on Arizona’s unique lifestyle and climate, we create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful—homes that offer comfort, durability, and a design tailored to the people who call them home. We know remodeling is a big decision, which is why we’ve built a transparent, straightforward process that keeps you informed every step of the way. Our focus is on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and making sure you feel confident in every choice. At the end of the day, we don’t just renovate houses—we help people love where they live.
Meet the Marjanen Brothers:

Logan Marjanen – Lead Estimator:
Logan is the guy you want in your corner when it comes to numbers, planning, and making sure your project runs smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a straight-shooting approach, he’s a trusted guide through the remodeling process, ensuring everything adds up—both in quality and cost. His easygoing personality and commitment to doing things right make him a valued partner for customers and colleagues alike. When he’s not estimating projects, you’ll find him soaking in quiet
evenings on the porch with his wife, Ashley, or out in the wild—hunting, camping, and making memories with his four boys. A craftsman at heart, Logan also has a passion for wood carving—because even when he’s off the clock, he’s still creating something with his hands.
Nate Marjanen – Project Superintendent:
After 15 years designing and installing fiber networks and internet towers, Nate decided it was time to trade high-speed internet for hands-on craftsmanship. The itch to get back to his roots was too strong to ignore, and now he’s back where he belongs—on the job site, making sure every project runs smoothly. With a background in precision
engineering and problem-solving, Nate brings a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to construction. When he’s not overseeing builds, you’ll find him tinkering on his guitar, hunting in the mountains of Arizona or Colorado , or managing his biggest and most rewarding project—raising nine amazing kids with his wife, Nicole.

Ian Marjanen – Field Operations Manager:
Ian is the boots-on-the-ground guy who makes sure everything in the field runs like a well-oiled machine. A veteran who served in the National Guard, he brings discipline, leadership, and a get-it-done attitude to every project. A natural problem-solver, he thrives on tackling challenges head-on and keeping projects running smoothly. With a background in metalwork and a sharp eye for craftsmanship, he’s just as comfortable fine-tuning the details as he is managing the big picture. When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him in his workshop creating custom metal pieces or spending time with his wife, Kate—proving that whether it’s on the job or at home, he’s always building something great.
Luke Marjanen – Marketing & Designer & Developer Extraordinaire
By day, Luke is a machining supervisor with 13 years of experience keeping things precise and efficient. By night (and any spare moment in between), he’s the creativeengine behind Marjanen Builders’ marketing, design, and digital presence. With an eye
for aesthetics and a mind for strategy, he seamlessly blends storytelling, design, and tech to bring the Marjanen brand to life. Whether he’s crafting the perfect message, designing visuals that pop, or diving into the latest web trends, he ensures the company’s vision is as polished as its builds. When he’s not fine-tuning pixels or precision parts, Luke is busy designing his most important masterpiece—life with his wife, Amanda, and their five kids. Whether he’s building blanket forts, coaching backyard adventures, or turning everyday moments into something unforgettable, his creativity doesn’t stop when the workday ends—it just takes on a whole new form.
